Fellows are exposed to a high paced, challenging work environment and they would be responding in real time to challenges being faced by the cities under the Smart Cities Mission. On a day to day basis, they would be interacting with senior officials and various stakeholders at either the smart city allotted to them or with the National mission Director’s Office. They would work in sync with the needs of the projects to which they are attached and would bring their creativity and innovative approaches into the discussion to help with problem-solving and unravelling complex situations. They would have a great opportunity to learn from top leaders and practitioners driving the work in India’s urban sector.
