The importance of embracing the TEST-SCALE-LEARN mantra was highlighted through the technical presentations. Mr. Kunal Kumar and Mr. Rahul Kapoor delivered the introductory note. Followed by that representatives from Kochi shared their plan for implementing pilot test and scale-up.
