With the need to review the existing parking policy and further strengthen its use, the Government of Karnataka approved Parking Policy 2.0 in February 2021. The parking policy 2.0 directs to achieve a systemic approach of managing parking related issues through the preparation of an Area Parking Plan (APP) for various zones in Bengaluru.
