The Srinagar SCP envisions Transforming Srinagar into an Eco-friendly, Resilient and Socio-Economically Vibrant city that Celebrates its Natural and Cultural heritage creating Harmony and Opportunities for all’’

Three main action areas have been identified to make the vision implementable, these are:
1. Promoting Srinagar's Identity
2. Resilient, sustainable and livable Srinagar
3. Promoting Inclusion
Vision statement relates to the city's profile and the unique challenges and opportunities present in the Srinagar City
