Kakinada Smart City Corporation Limited (KSCCL) invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Development of Vivekananda Park(Raja tank) including O&M for 2 years

The broad scope of work under the bid “Rehabilitation and Development of Vivekanand Park including O&M for 2 years” under Kakinada Smart City Proposal Implementation shall include development and construction as per the Bill of Quantities given in the Section IV of the bid document and Specifications, Engineering Standards and construction Drawings for Vivekanand Park given in this section. The rehabilitation and development of the park summarily consists of the following works

1. Walking track
2. Entrance development
3. Children Play Area
4. Children Play Equipment
5. New Compound Wall, wherever required
6. Open Air Theatre (OAT)
7. Water Supply
8. Electrification
9. Renovation
10. Dismantling
11. Landscape
12. Annual Maintenance
13. Out Door Furniture
14. Drip Irrigation System
15. Additional Toilet block

Conceptual designs are given in this Section V, Volume II of the bid. Execution of the work shall be based on detailed designs and working drawing given by the Employer.

The last date for online submission has been extended from 20-05-2017 to 05-06-2017 as per Correigendum - 1 dated 08-05-2017 and physical submission has been extended from 22nd May 2017 to 07-06-2017. Please refer attached Corrigendum
